Welcome to CriticalBuzzer (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using CriticalBuzzer, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
1. Description of Service
CriticalBuzzer is a SaaS platform that allows users to:
- Create alerts
- Send arbitrary JSON payloads to unique endpoints
- Receive notifications based on AI + anomaly detection
- Integrate with third-party services and AI agents (via MCP)
The service is designed for monitoring and alerting purposes only.
As described in our architecture, CriticalBuzzer processes user-submitted events using a pipeline involving normalization, anomaly detection, contextual analysis, and optional AI evaluation.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have authority to bind your organization
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- All activities under your account
- Protecting API keys, alert endpoints, and secrets
We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.
4. Use of the Service
You agree NOT to:
- Send malicious, illegal, or harmful payloads
- Abuse endpoints with excessive traffic (DDoS, spam)
- Attempt to reverse engineer the system
- Use the service for surveillance, harassment, or unlawful monitoring
- Upload sensitive personal data without proper consent
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
5. Data Processing & AI Limitations
CriticalBuzzer uses automated systems including:
- Statistical anomaly detection
- AI-based evaluation (LLMs)
You acknowledge:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
- Alerts may not always trigger or may trigger incorrectly
- The service is not guaranteed to detect all issues
👉 CriticalBuzzer is a decision-support tool, not a guaranteed monitoring solution.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do NOT guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Real-time processing
- Delivery of all notifications
We are not liable for:
- Missed alerts
- Delayed notifications
- System outages
- Data processing delays
7. Third-Party Integrations
CriticalBuzzer integrates with services like:
- Email providers
- Slack / Telegram
- AI providers
- Payment gateways
We are NOT responsible for:
- Failures of third-party services
- Data handling by third parties
- API outages outside our control
8. MCP (AI Agent Access)
If you enable MCP:
- You grant AI agents scoped access to your data
- You are responsible for how agents use this access
We enforce token-based security, scope limits, and audit logs, but cannot control external AI behavior.
9. Billing & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed via third-party providers.
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- Failure to pay may result in suspension
10. Data Storage & Loss
We store:
- Event payloads
- Alert configurations
- Logs and summaries
However:
- We do NOT guarantee permanent storage
- Data may be deleted due to retention policies, failures, or user actions
You are responsible for backing up critical data.
11. Intellectual Property
- We retain all rights to CriticalBuzzer platform, code, and branding
- You retain ownership of your data
- You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
CriticalBuzzer shall NOT be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or data
- Business interruptions
- Missed alerts or incorrect AI decisions
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CriticalBuzzer from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your data or payloads
- Violation of laws or third-party rights
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the service
- Required by law
You may stop using the service at any time.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use = acceptance of updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
