Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will not be charged again.
2. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.
However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments
- Billing errors
- Exceptional circumstances (at our discretion)
3. Usage-Based Charges
Any usage-based charges (such as events processed, AI evaluations, or notifications sent) are non-refundable once consumed.
4. Free Plan / Trial
We recommend using our free plan or trial (if available) to evaluate the product before purchasing.
5. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
6. Payment Failures
If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to the service until payment is successfully completed.
7. Abuse & Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, excessive usage, or violation of our terms of service.
